SRAM: Most used in FPGA systems

EPROM: Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory

  • Requires UV light to delete (difficult)
  • Requires to be removed in order to reprogram

EEPROM: Electronically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory

  • Requires electricity to delete (easy)

Antifuse: No electromagnetic interference
